Acquisition Bureau is a business intelligence and acquisition platform that provides tools for business valuation, financial analysis, marketplace listings, reputation management, and integration with third-party services including accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, banking services via Plaid, and other financial tools.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
The Service allows you to connect third-party services, including but not limited to QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Plaid, Yelp, and Google Business Profile. By connecting these services, you authorize Acquisition Bureau to access and retrieve your data from these platforms in accordance with the permissions you grant.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers. You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Acquisition Bureau a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to share any data you provide and that such data does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ACQUISITION BUREAU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Business valuations, financial calculations, and any analytics provided by the Service are estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACQUISITION BUREAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Acquisition Bureau and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@acquisitionbureau.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
